By using Astron's services, operated by Unify Holdings LTD (Company Registration No. 13164756, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement").

Furthermore, you agree to the end-user license agreements for games and software hosted on Astron's platform, thereby authorizing Astron to accept these agreements on your behalf.

Astron reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Please review the terms on a regular basis, as continued use of Astron's services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Astron provides a range of services, including game servers, Discord bot hosting, and web hosting, with the potential for future expansion. Unless otherwise stated, all services are subject to this Agreement. Astron reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.

3.1 Please note that our services are intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are aged between 13 and 18, you may only use the services with the consent of your parent or guardian.

3.2 Please ensure that the information provided during the registration process is accurate and up to date.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under its authority. Astron will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of your failure to secure your account.

Use of Astron's services is to be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. The following activities are prohibited, but are not limited to:

• Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access attempts
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Hosting or distributing infringing content
• Disrupting Astron's services or networks
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam)
• Hosting illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful content

In the event that you violate this policy, Astron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access.

5.1 The price of the service is as listed on the Astron website or as agreed in writing. All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 6.

5.2 In the case of recurring services, Astron will issue an invoice in accordance with the selected payment cycle. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

5.3 It is your responsibility to pay any taxes that apply to the use of Astron's services, with the exception of taxes based on Astron's net income.

5.4 Please note that affiliates are counted on an service level basis. Commissions will be made to you if customers who you have referred upgrade from a free trial to a paid plan before it ends and use their service during the billing period. Payments will be made two weeks after the date of payment. Astron reserves the right to withhold payment at its discretion.

6.1 New services are subject to a 48-hour refund policy. Please note that refunds are not available after the aforementioned period.

6.2 Please note that refund requests must be made by opening a ticket within 48 hours of purchase.

6.3 In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, Astron reserves the right to deny refunds.

6.4 If within 48 hours of receiving a refund, you make another purchase and then request a refund for that new service, all future refunds will be credited to your billing account instead of your original payment method.

7.1 While Astron strives for 99% uptime, we do not offer any guarantees or Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Please note that our services are provided "as is" and "as available," with all warranties disclaimed.

7.2 Astron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits. In the event of a claim, liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Astron within the one month preceding the

7.3 It is your responsibility to back up your data. Please note that Astron is not liable for data loss. Upon termination of the service, all data will be deleted.

7.4 Astron processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and all applicable laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018. You retain all rights to your content, but grant Astron a license to store, process and transmit it as necessary to provide the services you have requested.

8.1 This Agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 In the event that any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.3. You agree to indemnify and hold Astron, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Astron's services or breach of this Agreement.
